Bambu Cool Plate SuperTack
The first layer lands on a Bambu Cool Plate SuperTack, which leaves an even, satin-smooth face. Photographs read cleanly, close to a matte print on paper. If you are not sure, pick this one.
Fitting it, and everything people ask first
One panel fits every 2026 machine. It comes off with one pull and goes back on with one press. If something does not line up, it is on us, and the last section says what to do.

Pull
Grip the bottom edge of the stock panel and pull straight out. There is no tool and nothing to unclip.

Check
Wipe the magnet pads on the chassis. Dust is the only thing that causes a visible gap.

Place
Hold the new panel by the edges, line it up with the strip below and let the magnets take over.

Press
One press along the bottom edge. Keep the stock panel in the box it came in.

Finishes on the Photo Series
same print, different surfaceThe print itself is identical for all three. What changes is the face you end up looking at: smooth and textured are the PETG surface itself, wood is a layer of linden wood glued onto that PETG base. Photos of the three finishes are on the way; the swatches below are illustrations.

Textured PEI plate
Printed face-down on a textured PEI plate. The fine, even grain scatters light, so the panel shows almost no reflections and fingerprints disappear into the surface. Slightly rawer look than smooth, same price.

Linden wood on a PETG base
The face is a layer of linden wood, glued onto the PETG base, so the grain carries through the lighter parts of the image. No two boards have the same grain, so no two panels come out the same. Costs €3 extra; that is what the wood costs us.
Fit and compatibility
Does it fit both the 512 GB and the 2 TB machine?
Yes. At the front the two models are the same: outline, magnet positions and apertures all match. One panel fits both.
Will it block the light bar or the front ports?
No. The light bar, both USB-A ports and the microSD slot sit in the chassis strip below the panel, so a faceplate never covers them.
Does a solid panel make the machine run hotter?
Barely. The chassis draws through the front, and a solid panel matches the airflow path of the stock panel. Our vented designs lose under 6 % of intake flow compared to bare; solid ones sit within measurement error of stock.
Materials and finish
What is it printed in?
PETG, everything we sell today. On the Photo Series you pick the face: matte PETG, textured PETG, linden wood on PETG. Every other panel comes matte.
Why does the wood vary between panels?
Because it is real linden wood. No two boards carry the same grain, so no two panels come out the same. We will photograph yours before shipping if you ask.

Who am I actually buying from?
Steam Machine Prints is one of the brands of Ekinsol, a small company in Belgium, near Bruges, running since 2019. EKINSOL BV (VAT BE 0740.479.291) is what you will see on the invoice and on your bank statement, and it is who you deal with for returns and warranty.
How fast do you ship?
Printed to order and dispatched in 2 to 4 working days. Belgium €6, free from €25; the rest of Europe €8.95. The rate for your destination is confirmed at checkout.
Can I return it if I just do not like it?
14-day withdrawal right; personalised items excepted. Return postage is yours unless the error is ours.

Suspect that someone swallowed or inhaled a magnet? Seek medical help immediately; do not wait for our reply. Something wrong with a product (a loose magnet, a crack, a part that came off)? Email contact@flowz.studio; your order number and a photo help us, if you have them. We reply within two working days (Monday to Friday, public holidays excepted) and repair, replace, refund or take back the product, depending on the case. If a product turns out to be dangerous we inform customers and the Belgian authorities (FPS Economy) and take it off the market.
