Data you give us
We process your name, email, contact details, billing and shipping address, order details and messages you send us. For a personalised order this may also include the photos or files you provide.
We receive payment confirmation from Stripe, never your full payment details.
What we use it for
We use personal information to process and deliver orders, provide customer service, meet tax/accounting/consumer-law obligations and protect the shop against fraud or abuse. Optional marketing requires your consent. We never sell your personal data.
Order fulfilment is necessary for our contract with you. Legal recordkeeping fulfils our legal obligations; security serves our legitimate interest in preventing abuse. Optional analytics and marketing depend on permission you can withdraw.
Cookies and browser storage
Necessary cookies and browser storage keep your basket, sign-in and cookie preference working. Optional analytics stays off until you choose Allow analytics.
We remember your choice for 180 days. Use Cookie settings at the bottom of a shop page to change it or withdraw analytics permission. We do not use advertising cookies. Fonts are hosted on this website. The Cookie Policy lists the storage this shop uses.
Analytics
With your permission, Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) measures pages visited, clicks and scrolling and creates session recordings and heatmaps. Personal information is masked; checkout, account and order pages are excluded from recording.
Clarity keeps session recordings for up to 30 days and aggregated data for up to 13 months. Its _clck cookie can last up to one year and _clsk one day. Our analytics permission expires after 180 days; when it expires or you withdraw, the shop stops analytics and removes vendor cookies it can access.
Data can be transferred to the United States under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
Who else sees it
We share only what is needed with partners delivering our services: Stripe for payments, shipping partners including bpost, postnl and DPD for delivery, and the IT partners operating the shop and order communications. Microsoft receives analytics data only with your permission.
Security and retention
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures against loss, misuse and unauthorised access. We retain personal data for as long as the purpose requires, including applicable accounting and tax obligations.
Photos provided for a personalised product are private and used to make the order. An uploaded production image is deleted automatically at the latest 180 days after upload, following the same upload-retention policy as Flowz Studio.
Your rights and contact
You can request access, correction, deletion or restriction of your personal data, or object to processing where applicable, by emailing contact@flowz.studio. You can withdraw consent at any time; withdrawal does not change the lawfulness of earlier processing. You can also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority or your local EU supervisory authority.
We may update this policy when our practices change. The date above identifies this version.
